Hi — I'm Iuri. For twenty years I've been taking software from an idea on a call to something running in production: fintech, SaaS, enterprise, blockchain, IoT and cloud. Along the way I've been the engineer, the tech lead, the founding engineer — and since 2022, the founder of Triunfo Áureo in Portugal and Brazil, through which I serve startups and founders.

What I actually do is align business, product and engineering on one plan, structure the team around it, and manage the priorities, risks and dependencies until it ships. I do it with distributed international teams, mostly remote, usually across US and European hours.

And I stay hands-on. I still read pull requests, still prototype the risky part myself, still argue about architecture. That's not nostalgia — it's what makes my estimates honest and my trade-off conversations short.

At Djingr I led the integration of Pix into a global payments API, putting Brazilian payment flows next to stablecoin (USDC, USDT) and Bitcoin Lightning settlement — payment APIs, transaction flows, integrations and backend/frontend work in fintech infrastructure.

At Ebury / Santander (2023—2024) I worked on enterprise fintech: multi-currency payments, transaction workflows, approvals, compliance and cloud services.

I built two transportation management systems — one for Ambev's distribution fleet, one for the State of Rio de Janeiro — with routing, live tracking and telemetry for 1,000+ vehicles and 5,000+ deliveries a day. I presented the product at the largest logistics trade show in the United States.
